02 Why we contact healthcare professionals

We contact named decision-makers at clinics and healthcare organisations by email to introduce PRIVAWELL. For this we use business contact details (name, job title, organisation, business email address, and the country and website of the organisation), taken from public sources and professional data providers.

03 Legal basis

We process these business contact details on the basis of our legitimate interest in presenting a relevant service to healthcare organisations (Article 6(1)(f) EU GDPR and UK GDPR, and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection). We only contact people in a professional role, and every email lets you object.

04 Your right to object and unsubscribe

You can object at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or using the unsubscribe line in any of our emails. We will then stop contacting you and keep only what we need to make sure you are not contacted again.

05 How long we keep data

We keep outreach contact data for 24 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship develops.

06 Who we share data with

We use carefully selected service providers for email sending and customer relationship management (for example HubSpot and our email delivery providers). Where data is transferred outside Switzerland, the UK or the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

07 Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, or data portability, and you can complain to the supervisory authority in your country (in Switzerland the FDPIC, in the UK the ICO, in the EU your local data protection authority).
