Every file uploaded to your vault, every medical record, every lab result, and every document is encrypted using AES-256 before storage. All data transmitted between your device and PRIVAWELL servers uses TLS encryption. At no point is health data stored or transmitted in plain text.
Each household vault is isolated at the infrastructure level. Your family's data cannot be accessed by other users, cannot be aggregated across households, and is not part of any shared dataset. Role-based access controls within your vault determine what family members and authorised practitioners can view.
PRIVAWELL data is hosted exclusively in European data centres. The architecture is designed for full GDPR compliance, including the right to erasure (delete your vault and all data is permanently removed), data portability, and explicit consent requirements for any data access.
PRIVAWELL earns revenue from subscriptions only. Your health data is never sold, never shared with insurers or employers, never used for advertising, and never processed for any purpose outside providing the vault service to your household.
