It does not connect to national health systems or retrieve records automatically from healthcare providers. All information in your vault is entered by you. Health decisions must be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.

Your responsibilities

Data ownership

You retain full ownership of all health data you enter or upload into PRIVAWELL. PRIVAWELL acts as a secure custodian. You may:

Subscription and payment

PRIVAWELL is an annual subscription. One subscription covers your entire household — no per-member charges. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Prices are shown in USD on the pricing page.

14-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your purchase, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, you may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current annual period.

Limitation of liability

PRIVAWELL's liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the most recent billing period. PRIVAWELL is not liable for medical decisions made based on records stored in the vault, for the accuracy of records entered by users, or for interruptions to service beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify users of significant changes by email and in-app notification at least 30 days before changes take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. EU data protection regulations (GDPR) apply to the handling of personal data for users in the European Economic Area.
