What PRIVAWELL provides

PRIVAWELL is a private family health vault — a secure platform for organising, storing, and generating structured summaries of your family's medical history. The service includes:

• A private household vault covering all family members
• Medical timeline logging — conditions, medications, vaccinations, lab results, and documents
• Encrypted document storage for medical files
• Doctor-ready PDF summary generation
• Secure, time-limited sharing with healthcare providers
• Role-based access for adults, children, and practitioners you authorise

What PRIVAWELL does not provide

PRIVAWELL is not a medical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not connect to national health systems or retrieve records automatically from healthcare providers. All information in your vault is entered by you. Health decisions must be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Ensure that information entered into the vault is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Use the service in accordance with applicable laws and these terms
• Not share account access with parties outside your household without using the appropriate sharing features

Data ownership

You retain full ownership of all health data you enter or upload into PRIVAWELL. PRIVAWELL acts as a secure custodian. You may:

• Export all your data at any time in standard formats
• Delete your account and request permanent removal of all associated records
• Correct any information in your vault at any time
• Control access permissions for every family member and healthcare provider

Subscription and payment

PRIVAWELL is an annual subscription. One subscription covers your entire household — no per-member charges. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Prices are shown in USD on the pricing page.

14-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your purchase, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, you may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current annual period.

Limitation of liability

PRIVAWELL's liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the most recent billing period. PRIVAWELL is not liable for medical decisions made based on records stored in the vault, for the accuracy of records entered by users, or for interruptions to service beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify users of significant changes by email and in-app notification at least 30 days before changes take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. EU data protection regulations (GDPR) apply to the handling of personal data for users in the European Economic Area.
